Hey @channel, Our partners at ZoomInfo just came out with a new report on how to use AI for RevOps, and it’s a total game-changer. This isn’t a fluff piece. It's a roadmap for the future that shows you what it takes to be 'AI-ready' It dives into how top teams are using AI to:
Clean data automatically ✨
Improve forecasting and planning
Automate workflows
Reduce manual work 🤖
The report goes beyond the tech, digging into the leadership and culture you need to get a real return on your AI investment. If AI is on our roadmap, this is our shortcut to success. Check it out here!
Thank you Nandini R. for linking this actionable report. And I downloaded several others, as well!
I found this very much a fluff report
Katt do you mind sharing the other reports you downloaded? im just trying to research more into this space 🙏
Anirudh M. of course. Is there something specific you're researching?
I’m very interested in how enterprises or any industry for that fact is preparing the underlying data for the AI adoption.
I have some hypotheses around this like how CRMs have been just systems of records and not intelligence. And how even though there are AI features and agents we can connect, it still fails due to the underlying bad data.
Especially legacy systems, but I've played with SF Agentforce and researching HubSpot's Smart CRM and Breeze, AI but Oracle, Microsoft, etc they're all racing to redefine CRM with AI. A start-up I did a financial services vertical launch with had a very cool MOS CRM in beta and this was pre-AI. What sector(s) are you focusing on as there are industry specific challenges I'm sure you know about, along with the core processes of data collection, cleaning, and governance—and curious if you're also formulating an ROI for your CRM.
