This person will manage payments support tickets, help customers navigate the merchant application process, and identify opportunities for new payments revenue. They will also partner closely with me to expand our payments products into our customer base. While this is a support/ops-focused role, this person will also have the chance to learn how to manage a sales process, how to demo fintech products, and how to manage large organizational change. We also work with pilots and are around planes all the time, which is super cool. Familiarity or experience with fintech products, especially embedded payment processing is a plus.
