What You'll Do: Develop and execute strategic lead generation programs targeting Hakimo's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on mid market, corporate, and other high-security sectors. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and close. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to exceed monthly and quarterly ARR goals. Conduct tailored product demonstrations that align with the specific needs and security challenges of potential clients. Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights into market trends and security technology to help clients improve their operations. Gather customer feedback to guide product development and refine sales strategies. Contribute to the development of Hakimoโs sales playbook for scalable and repeatable sales processes. What You Have: 3+ years of B2B full-cycle SaaS sales experience Track record of exceeding sales quotas and contributing to revenue growth. (100% of quota is good but weโre looking for great! 125% + achievement) Proven experience in outbound prospecting and building multi-threaded relationships across complex sales cycles. Ability to translate technical product capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders. Prior experience working with mid-market clients or physical security markets is highly preferred. Team player who collaborates cross-functionally to achieve sales and company goals. Self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of managing multiple simultaneous initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a high-growth startup, particularly in a Series A or B environment. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
