This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll set the strategy, develop the team, and still get your hands dirty in the work, whether that’s building campaigns, testing new AI-driven approaches, or digging into attribution data to find the next lever. You’ll bring rigor, experimentation, and accountability to everything the growth team touches, and you’ll use AI and automation as core multipliers rather than side projects. You’ll also be responsible for developing a high-performing growth marketing team.
