We’ve scaled our sales team fast. Now we need someone to build the GTM and RevOps systems behind it. What you’ll do: Own the technical backbone of our go-to-market. Build production-ready lead routing, enrichment, scoring, and attribution systems in Make and HubSpot. Write JavaScript/Python for API integrations across Clay, Apollo, and more. Automate outbound and inbound workflows so reps sell instead of debug. You build it, you own it. What makes this exciting: You’re building GTM infrastructure nearly from scratch at a fast-growing AI company. You’ll use best-in-class AI tooling across every workflow. High ownership, high learning, high impact. You bring: • 2+ years in Growth Ops, RevOps, or automation engineering • Hands-on Make and HubSpot experience • Comfort writing and debugging JavaScript/Python • Familiarity with the B2B sales lifecycle • A systems-thinking mindset (engineering background is a plus) Not a fit if you want to own strategy over execution or need detailed specs to make progress.
