The average wait time to see a therapist in the United States through insurance or an employer benefit was 21 to 48 days last year. Yuna fixes that. This role is a direct line to the co-founder and Head of Growth. You will work inside a sophisticated, AI-augmented GTM function with real tools, real data, and real earning potential. You will make calls, receive AI-assisted warm transfers, and book qualified meetings. • Build targeted account lists, execute account-based marketing campaigns, and write and build email sequences inside HubSpot, working from research built on Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Keep your CRM records sharp. Our campaigns are triggered by fields inside HubSpot. Sloppy notes cost deals. • Use AI tools, including Claude, to multiply your output and sharpen your messaging. • Contribute to campaign strategy. You will be expected to think, not just execute. That means analyzing what is working, killing what is not, and rapidly iterating on messaging, targeting, and sequencing alongside the Head of Growth. • Participate in daily and weekly call reviews. Your calls will be listened to. That is how we all get better. • Use AI tools, including Claude, to multiply your output and sharpen your messaging. What We Are Looking For • You have been a top performer in a phone-heavy sales or outreach role. SDR title is not required. What matters is that you can prove you were among the best wherever you came from. • You are exceptional on the phone. Not comfortable. Not good. Exceptional. You build rapport fast, you stay calm under pressure, and people actually enjoy talking to you. • You are organized where it counts. You fill out the right CRM fields consistently because you understand that our campaigns run on that data. • You are coachable and obsessed with getting better. You want someone to tell you what you missed on a call. • You are comfortable working alongside AI tools, and you see them as a force multiplier, not a threat. • You care about the work. Helping people access mental health support is not a small thing. HubSpot experience is preferred. If you do not have it, you will complete HubSpot Academy certification before your start date. Compensation • $60,000 base salary • $100 bonus for every qualified ICP meeting where the prospect shows up • 4% commission on first-year contract value for self-sourced deals, paid quarterly on cash
