Today's go-to-market orgs are drowning in data but starving for context โ they have alerts, dashboards, and intent feeds, but no system that connects external signals to what actually matters: which accounts to prioritize, what's changed, and what to do next. Trayo is the reasoning layer that sits on top of signal infrastructure. We don't just surface signals โ we evaluate them, analyze their impact, and recommend the next-best action. Think of it as the difference between showing a rep that a prospect posted a job listing and telling them why that job listing means their champion just lost budget authority, and here's the new stakeholder to engage. We're a small, early-stage team (~$8M raised, still in stealth) building for CROs, CMOs, and revenue leaders at companies where pipeline isn't a reporting problem โ it's an intelligence problem. Our customers include category leaders in cybersecurity, fintech, and enterprise software. Why This Role is Special This is the first dedicated brand and content hire at Trayo. You won't be executing someone else's content calendar โ you'll be building the engine that shapes how the market understands what we do and why it matters. We're selling a new category. The market doesn't have a clean mental model for "reasoning layer on top of signal infrastructure" yet. Your job is to create that mental model โ through content, narrative, and creative that makes Trayo impossible to ignore. You'll work directly with the founders, customers, and GTM team to turn what's happening inside the company into stories people actually want to read, watch, and share. This is an extremely high-ownership role. If you have sharp taste, move fast, and can make complex ideas feel simple and inevitable โ we want to talk. What You'll Do Own Trayo's content strategy end-to-end across LinkedIn, X, blog, email, and campaign storytelling โ from strategy and production to distribution and results Create and ship high-volume, high-quality content that builds awareness and positions Trayo as the company defining signal intelligence โ with strong POV, speed, and polish Develop the founder brand: build and run the content system for executive thought leadership, turning raw ideas and customer conversations into a consistent publishing cadence Translate deeply technical product capabilities (reasoning chains, signal graph, entity resolution) into narratives that resonate with CROs, CMOs, and VP-level buyers โ not just marketers Stay on top of what's happening in AI, go-to-market, and revenue tech culture โ and insert Trayo into the conversation with speed, taste, and credibility Guide design and video contractors to produce assets that feel native to modern platforms, not like enterprise marketing circa 2019 Partner with customers and the GTM team to produce case narratives, joint content, and proof-point storytelling that shows the reasoning layer in action Experiment with bold creative concepts. Double down on what works. Kill what doesn't. Move on. What We're Looking For 3+ years in content, brand, or marketing at a high-growth B2B company โ ideally one that was building a new category or selling to technical buyers Exceptional copywriting instincts: you write tight, sharp, insight-led copy that earns attention โ not the kind that sounds like it was generated by a prompt Strong editorial taste โ you know what good looks like across formats and you can execute it, not just critique it Comfort with ambiguity: you can take a messy founder brain-dump or a raw customer call transcript and turn it into a compelling pi
