Then we give them serious AI tools and get out of the way. The Role We need a junior marketer to own our growth engine. Run paid ads, manage social channels, build lead magnets, report honestly on what is and is not working. No one will be handing you a brief every Monday. You figure out what needs doing and you do it. What You Will Be Doing Working alongside your Marketing mentor, you will own and run lead generation campaigns across our channels. The model is: start small, learn what works, build the playbook, then double down and grow. In practice, that means: Running and optimising lead generation campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn — both paid and organic — with your mentor's guidance as you build confidence and then autonomy Managing our LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube presence: scheduling, community engagement, and spotting what is and is not landing Creating content and lead magnets that draw the right founders into our world before they ever need to hire us Tracking campaign performance weekly and reporting honestly on what the data says — not what you think we want to hear Documenting what you learn into playbooks so the function compounds over time Who We Are Looking For Maybe you have just finished a marketing degree and you are ready to actually do something with it. Maybe you have had a year or two in the industry and you are good at it but have not had a real shot at owning something end to end yet. Either way, this is that chance. You will need hands-on experience with paid ads or content, strong writing skills, a genuine interest in AI and what it is doing to your field, and the self-direction to manage your own output without someone telling you what to do every day. You do not need a marketing degree. You need to care, move fast, and be honest when something is not working. Salary and Growth Junior Marketers at MVL start at £30,000 per year. Campaigns are yours from week two. The marketing function at MVL does not have a ceiling yet, so if you build it well, the role expands with it.
