You'll own a full sales cycle: outbound prospecting into SMBs across the U.S., booking your own demos, and closing your own deals. It's a dynamic role with real ownership and a team that's genuinely invested in helping you succeed. We're looking for 1+ years of outbound closing experience, someone who's organized, curious, and knows when to ask for help. The comp structure is worth noting: commission is paid monthly on an accelerated basis with multipliers up to 5x for over attainment, and promotion steps come every 4 months.
