You'll own opportunities from initial discovery through close, helping high net worth individuals and businesses book private jet charter flights and join our jet card program. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building relationships, running a structured sales process, and consistently exceeding quota. You'll work a combination of qualified inbound opportunities and self generated outbound prospecting while leveraging modern sales tools, coaching, and data to continuously improve. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close Manage a combination of inbound opportunities and outbound business development Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client travel needs and recommend tailored aviation solutions Build and maintain a healthy pipeline while accurately forecasting revenue Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain detailed pipeline management and customer activity within HubSpot CRM Leverage Gong.io call reviews and coaching to refine messaging and improve conversion rates Partner closely with Operations, Concierge, and Client Success teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience Develop long term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals What We're Looking For 2 to 5+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive or in another consultative closing role Consistent history of achieving or exceeding quota Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple opportunities simultaneously Strong discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills Comfortable selling premium solutions with high average deal values Experience using modern sales technology including HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, or similar platforms Highly organized with exceptional follow up and pipeline management Competitive, coachable, data driven, and committed to continuous improvement Previous experience selling software, technology, financial services, private aviation, luxury services, or other high value solutions is a plus Ability to work full time from our Calabasas, CA headquarters Why Amalfi Jets Join one of the fastest growing and most recognized brands in private aviation Strong inbound demand supported by industry leading marketing and social media Modern sales organization built around technology, coaching, and continuous improvement 10,000 square foot creative headquarters in Calabasas, California Role Location: Working Environment: Onsite If on-site/hybrid, role location: Salary: $60,000 - 70,000 USD OTE: $275,000 - 425,000 USD Total Annual Commission/Bonus: $0 Currency: USD Link to Apply (optional): https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4439484496/ ----------------------------------------------------
