You'll build the engine behind a growing sales team of about 6 new reps. What you'll own: - Outbound infrastructure (domains, inboxes, warm-up, sequencing) - Enrichment pipelines and lead scoring - CRM integrations and live revenue reporting - Working directly with leadership Requirements: - Hands-on experience building outbound and enrichment systems for a sales team - Clay, SQL, and Python; Attio or another CRM - Comfortable using LLM APIs, Cursor, or Claude Code to build fast - On-site 5 days a week in Dumbo, Brooklyn - Visa transfers (H-1B, OPT) supported This is NOT a software engineering role.
