BuyerSight combines human expertise and AI to build sales pipeline for our customers. We exited beta last year and are growing fast. This is a highly cross-functional role and an opportunity to help shape a fast-growing startup. You will wear multiple hats—including AI prompt optimization, data analysis, outbound copywriting, tool management, customer management, and project management—and switch between them frequently. As a Senior GTM (Go-to-Market) Engineer, you will design and own the systems and processes we use to generate sales meetings for BuyerSight’s customers. You will write and optimize generative AI prompts, manage AI-powered tools, analyze data, and leverage a range of business technologies to continuously improve customer outcomes. You will report directly to the Founder & CEO. This is a remote position, but you must be available for meetings during most of the U.S. Eastern Time (ET) workday.
