New business has been closing faster than our pods can absorb it, and we would rather add a seat than ask people who are already at capacity to take on one more account. Five straight years on the Inc. 5000 is the flattering way to describe that. The plainer way is that our growth has outrun our bench. Which means nothing about this role is a cleanup job. Nobody vacated it. The accounts are healthy, the work is already sold, and it needs an owner. Who we are We are the only full-service, end-to-end go-to-market agency serving supply chain, logistics, and the tech that serves the space. Demand generation and PR run under the same roof. The team building the pipeline is the same team earning coverage in the trades, so the paid programs and the editorial point in the same direction. GEODIS, Redwood Logistics, and Echo Global Logistics are clients. Inc. 5000 five years running. What you will own You will run a portfolio of 4 to 6 accounts representing $150,000 to $200,000 in monthly spend. You own the strategy on each one, and you answer for whether the pipeline shows up. The specialists work to your direction. Strategic account leadership. You are the primary strategic advisor to your clients. You analyze pipeline data, find the growth gaps, and tell clients what has to change to hit their revenue targets. When a client's assumption is wrong, you bring the data and say so. Full-funnel demand orchestration. You plan and optimize B2B programs across inbound, ABM, targeted outbound, paid search, LinkedIn ads, content, and email automation. You direct the specialists who execute, and you are in the tools yourself: building the HubSpot workflow, fixing the lifecycle stage that was never set up right, pulling the list, reviewing the sequence before it ships. This is a doer-leader seat. If you have been purely strategic for the last few years, you will feel the difference in week one. ROI you can prove. You own the reporting that ties marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, in HubSpot, 6sense, and your analytics stack. You walk into a QBR able to defend every number on the slide. Retention and profitability. You drive net revenue retention and hold 65% or better margins across your portfolio. What success looks like in your first year We measure this seat two ways in year one: every account renews, and nobody on your pod quits. The second one is unusual to put in a job post, but we mean it. Losing a good person because an account got run badly counts against you here the same way losing the account does. Alongside that, you hold 65%+ portfolio margins and can show clean, defensible pipeline attribution for every account you touch. What we are looking for 4 to 7+ years in B2B demand gen or digital marketing, inside an agency. Agency pace and agency economics are different. We need someone who already knows that. Executive presence. You can hold your own with a C-suite client who disagrees with you, and you can change their mind with evidence rather than volume. Player-coach mechanics. You present strategy to a CRO on Monday and build the HubSpot workflow on Tuesday. Neither one is beneath you or above you. Hands-on with the marketing tech stack. HubSpot is the one we cannot flex on, since you will be building in it. Past that we care more about depth than about matching a list: Salesforce, 6sense, SalesIntel, Clay, Gong, Asana, and whatever AI tooling you have actually put into production rather than demoed once. Expect us to ask what you built in these, not whether you have used them. Schedule alignment. Co
