This is a hands-on building role spanning 6–8 client accounts. You’ll translate requirements into working systems and verify that leads, communications, and tracking move through the customer journey correctly. Responsibilities include: • Building polished, responsive funnels and landing pages using visual builders, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Implementing GoHighLevel and HubSpot CRM workflows, including email and SMS. • Connecting and troubleshooting systems using APIs, webhooks, JSON, Zapier, and SendBlue. • Maintaining attribution and dashboards. • Testing complete workflows, troubleshooting problems, and documenting quality control. We’re looking for strong visual judgment, practical systems skills, effective use of Codex, Claude Code, or comparable AI development tools, and examples of recent builds you personally owned. The position is remote within the United States, with working hours of 9am–6pm Mountain Time. Compensation includes an $80,000–$95,000 annual base salary, based on experience, plus a separate revenue-share bonus tied to the assigned client pod. Bonus terms will be discussed during hiring. Benefits include PTO, paid company holidays, and a $3,000 annual tools, resources, and gear budget.
