Compensation - 12LPA The role We're looking for an SDR to help us start more conversations with finance leaders across Australia and New Zealand. Most of your day will be spent on the phone. You'll call CFOs, finance managers and heads of finance, find out how they handle approvals and invoices today, and book a demo when there's a good fit. You'll work closely with the co-founder and hand over the meetings you book. This is a role for someone who actually likes picking up the phone. ➡️ What you'll do - Make cold calls to finance leaders at growing companies in Australia and New Zealand - Follow up with emails and LinkedIn messages - Book first meetings with people who are a real fit - Log every call and update HubSpot so nothing gets lost - Learn the product well enough to have an easy, honest chat about approvals, purchase orders and invoices - Tell us what you're hearing on calls, what's working and what isn't, so we can keep getting better ➡️ What we're looking for - At least 1 year of cold calling in the international market (This is a must) - You're happy making a lot of calls every day, and a "no" doesn't ruin your mood - Clear spoken English and a friendly, confident way of talking on the phone - You've used a CRM before (HubSpot is a plus) - You can work Australian business hours - You're organised and you follow up when you say you will ➡️ Nice to have: - Experience selling software (SaaS) - Experience calling finance people like CFOs, controllers or finance managers - Experience calling in the ANZ market ➡️ How to apply Send us your CV along with a 1-minute Loom video introducing yourself.
