Hey crew We're scaling our Solutions Partner Program at HubSpot and I'm looking for a Marketing Manager, Partner Enablement to join the team. Location: US - Remote or Office (Cambridge MA / SF) Comp: $70k - $105k The role: Lead product launches for partners, create training programs that actually work, build AI-powered enablement and marketing content, and help us figure out new ways to enable partners to drive sourced deals at scale. It's part creative marketer🧑‍🎨, part strategic enablement lead🎓 It does lean more enablement than marketing as a heads up. Perfect for someone who loves solving complex problems, thrives in ambiguity, and gets energized by helping partners succeed. Big bonus if you're already playing with AI tools.
