Now we’re looking for a **Director of Revenue Operations** to help us scale to **$100MM+ ARR** with precision, clarity, and confidence. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” RevOps role. This is a **build-the-engine-that-scales** role. You’ll: 🔹 Own Salesforce as the single source of truth 🔹 Design clean, scalable revenue architecture 🔹 Drive forecasting accuracy + executive-level insights 🔹 Power PLG, sales-assisted, and enterprise motions 🔹 Eliminate data drift and system chaos 🔹 Lead and level up a strong RevOps team We’re looking for someone who: ✔️ Has scaled revenue infrastructure from $50MM → $100MM+ ARR ✔️ Speaks fluent Salesforce (custom objects, automations, Rev Cloud) ✔️ Is equally comfortable in architecture diagrams and Excel models ✔️ Can translate messy system data into board-ready narratives ✔️ Thrives in ambiguity and builds systems that reduce heroics 📍 Hybrid – New York, NY 💰 $170K–$200K base + bonus + equity If you believe RevOps isn’t just reporting — it’s the strategic backbone of growth — we should talk.
