We're looking for a driven, commercially sharp Director of Business Development to lead client acquisition across our four service lines β Serendev Global (IT outsourcing), Serendev Skills (remote staffing), Serendev Digital (digital marketing & web), and Amcey Financial Services (accounting outsourcing). What you'll do: Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients in international markets Build and manage a pipeline across multiple verticals and service lines Represent the Group in outreach, proposals, and partnership conversations Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding What we're looking for: Proven B2B business development experience (outsourcing, staffing, or professional services preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and independently Experience selling into US, UK, or Australian markets is a strong advantage This is a performance-driven role with attractive commission structure and long-term growth potential within the Group.
