We provide cloud software for managing 3D printers, used by 75,000+ users across hobbyists, print farms, enterprises, and schools. We’re at ~$30k MRR, have grown ~2x in the past 5 months, and have never had a dedicated sales function. This is a true build-from-zero role where you own the full sales cycle: outbound, inbound qualification, demos, closing, and partnerships. You’ll work directly with the founders to define ICP, messaging, and processes. We already have strong inbound and a warm pipeline, now we need someone who can convert and scale it. Ideal profile: strong closer, comfortable without a rigid playbook, motivated by ownership and upside. SaaS experience preferred. Base + commission + equity included.
