You’ll identify high-potential brands for YouTube, own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, and consistently drive new revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of Snowball’s approach to YouTube and the ability to translate that into clear, compelling value for prospects. You’ll develop strong client relationships, align their goals with tailored strategies, and partner closely with leadership and strategy teams to shape winning proposals. We’re looking for someone with high agency, strong sales instincts, and a builder mindset.
