This role is responsible for building this growing vertical for Onyx. Responding to inbound inquiries, proactively initiating and developing new sales prospects, and following up on leads generated by the pre-sales team to successfully close deals. The Sales Director will design and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets, while ensuring seamless collaboration with operations for smooth client transitions into service delivery. This individual will manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity tracking and reporting within Salesforce, and will be accountable for meeting key operational KPIs. This role requires strong cruise market networking and negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships that contribute to Onyxโs long-term growth.
