Hiring Revenue Operations Manager in NYC for AI Workforce Management Startup Sona (Hybrid Role)

I'm hiring: Revenue Operations Manager — NYC (Hybrid) Sona is building the next generation of AI-native workforce management for frontline industries. $100M+ raised, 140+ team, Series B backed by Felicis, Northzone, and Gradient Ventures (Google). We're actively scaling into the US market and looking for someone to own the data foundation behind our revenue engine - CRM architecture, integrations across HubSpot/Gong/Lemlist/Sales Nav and the wider GTM stack, data quality, reporting, and automation. This is a hands-on, technically deep role for a builder who wants to help shape a GTM function in a new market, not maintain one that's already set.
