You’ll own the infrastructure that ties together HubSpot, Equals, Clay, Lemlist, and our broader GTM data stack—building systems and analyzing data to fuel growth. This is a deeply hands-on role for someone who can both architect and analyze, connecting systems, digging into data, and using insights to optimize how we sell, retain, and grow. What You’ll Do • Own and architect HubSpot—workflows, automations, data models, and integrations • Design scalable systems with real-time visibility into revenue and performance • Build reporting and dashboards in Equals (ARR, NRR, pipeline, GTM efficiency) • Connect and manage GTM tools into a unified data ecosystem • Analyze data to forecast outcomes and drive smarter decisions • Automate and optimize processes to eliminate manual work Desired Attributes • 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Systems Architecture • Deep HubSpot expertise • Strong SQL and data analysis skills • Experience with Equals, Clay, Lemlist, or similar tools • Hands-on builder with a growth mindset Benefits • $130k–$160k base + equity • Collaborative, driven team • Build a massive company Full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco.
