BDRs partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales leadership to execute coordinated account strategies and deliver high-quality opportunities. Mid-Market GPs represent our highest-impact growth segment, and thoughtful outbound engagement is essential to building pipeline, increasing market awareness, and driving both near-term results and long-term expansion. This role is central to that effort. In this role, you’ll identify and research high-fit accounts, develop a strong understanding of organizational context and stakeholders, and execute personalized outreach across email, phone, and social channels. You’ll engage directly with senior leaders—including founders, partners, CFOs, COOs, and operations leaders—clearly communicating InvestNext’s value and qualifying interest, timing, and fit. You’ll operate with discipline and consistency, balancing activity volume with quality, tracking pipeline and outreach in CRM, and continuously refining your approach based on results. You’ll also collaborate closely with AEs to prioritize accounts, contribute to account strategy, and support broader pipeline planning efforts. Success in this role means generating a consistent stream of qualified mid-market opportunities, demonstrating strong conversion from outreach to opportunities created, building credibility with senior stakeholders, and contributing meaningfully to pipeline and revenue targets. We’re looking for someone who sees white space as opportunity and knows how to build momentum from zero. Strong communication skills, persistence, resilience, and a high degree of ownership are essential, along with the ability to manage both outbound prospecting and the operational side of the role. Comfort engaging senior business leaders and strong time management and prioritization skills will set you up for success. This is a fully remote role across the U.S. and Canada, with a base salary range of $50,000–$70,000 plus $20,000 in on-target earnings, along with uncapped upside through accelerators.
