This is an analytical ownership role, not an execution seat. You'll design the attribution models, forecasting frameworks, customer health scores, and metric definitions that drive revenue decisions across our Growth and Customer teams — partnering directly with the Head of RevOps from the ground up. We're AI-forward with internal agents for analytical work. You'll govern their outputs, not just run queries. If you ask "what decision will this inform?" before you touch the data — this is built for you. What we're looking for 5–7+ years in Revenue Analytics, FP&A, Growth Analytics, or Strategy within B2B SaaS. PLG and monthly subscription fluency is a hard requirement — deep SQL, strong BI tool experience (Sigma, Looker, Tableau), and a track record of owning analytical frameworks end-to-end. (SLG-only backgrounds are a tough fit.)
