I targeted thier ICP, and used Intent data and website visitor data to narrow down the most active leads to connect with. As for the offer, it was normally dictated by the client, but a limited-time offer, a hook or a discount for the current plan, or a lead magnet for them to download. But that was only part of it. I had to make sure the email contained a catchy subject, an AI-generated opener, an “I know your pain statement, or fact if you do not take action” and a strong closing statement.
