Full transparency, I came in when this community was already about 25 or 30,000 Dhruv C.! Previous, that was all Jared R.! That said, I have built other communities from member #1. It's all about obsession. Asking questions and listening. Being proactive and doing things that won't scale. These all sound pretty cliché, but trust me they're all absolutely a requirement to build early community.
