How SaaS Founders Create Demo and Launch Videos: Methods and Opinions Requested

A quick question for fellow SaaS founders (everyone is welcome to give their opinion :) ) What do you currently do when you need a demo/launch video for your product (landing page, investor update, etc.) — what do you actually do? Screen record it yourself? Pay a freelancer/agency? Use a tool (Loom, Screen Studio, Canva, etc.)? Anything else? And honestly what are your opinions on them? Are they satisfactory? I'm just trying to understand how you handle this so that I can have some advice before deciding.
