Optimal Daily Email Limits for Smartlead Mailboxes

I have about 10 mailboxes connected to Smartlead and all warmed up 100% health. As per your experience, how many max number of emails users have been able to send out per day, with good open and reply rate on a long term basis?

you can easily send 25 to 30 emails each account.

I am already sending 25-30 per day *3 sequences? or /3 which means only 10 unique receivers ? Anybody tried sending volumes in 100s and been successful ?
