Challenges and Benefits of Delegating Human Communication to AI Agents

Sorry for talking over anyone just wanted to say hi - also Nandini I've never used an AI agent so I wouldn't know. But for me the biggest challenge would be separating myself from human to human communication and delegating that to a machine - although I do see the benefits too.
