Bringing this here as well if anyone can help me out: I'm Aniket, founder & CEO of Tenali AI – we're building a partner network to grow our reach and reward those helping us scale. Right now, we have a few sellers already referring and closing deals for us, but it's all been pretty informal so far. I’m looking to formalize this into a structured, scalable partner program — with proper onboarding, tracking, and payouts. I’d love your input on a few things:
What tools have you used (or seen) that help manage partner/affiliate/referral networks? (We're exploring FirstPromoter, Rewardful, PartnerStack)
Any tips on how to organically attract and onboard new partners – especially if you're starting from a small base?
What mistakes should I avoid early on when setting up a program like this?
