Need for Experienced Leaders to Support Growth and Startups in the Community

It's seems like there is a ton of people in here trying to receive leadership advice but there aren't any leaders. It's like everyone in here needs something but there isn't support. There should be a way to get experienced leaders in here to dedicate to growth and startups

There are dozens of leaders here. All of them willing to share advice when the ask is direct, and not a hidden pitch. They are happy to help in between their full time gigs of getting paid for their advice.
