Hi everyone, I’m a startup founder (not selling anything here) and building a tool to remove painful admin work from sales teams. I’d love to know: What’s the one admin or CRM-related task you always delay, hate doing, or wish was automated? I’m trying to understand where the real pain is in your workflow — not to pitch, just to build something useful. Thanks in advance for any input, even a short answer would help a ton!
Leaving notes for the AE and tracking action items usually happens automatically when prospects attend Zoom calls, thanks to note-taking tools integrated with the video platform. However, when an organization uses an external dialer integrated with the CRM, reps often have to leave notes in two separate places, which is inefficient. It would be great if this process could be automated. I believe HubSpot has started doing something like this, automatically updating notes based on activity.
At my company it's closing out opportunities. Crazy right?
Updating opportunity notes / next steps / stage / etc. Our AD’s are stretched too tiny to bother with keeping SFDC up to date.
