Last week, I was stuck in a cold email rut — open rates were fine, but replies were meh. Instead of tweaking the copy again, I did something different: I recorded a 45-second Loom video walking through the prospect’s own website, pointing out one small gap we could help fix. Sent it with the subject line: “Saw something interesting on your site…” Not only did I get a reply — I booked the meeting within 15 minutes. Lesson? Sometimes it’s not about scaling harder. As for what's working for me... Making sure that my messaging is very relevant to my prospects pain points. I research them ahead of time to make sure my key pain points will it them & it scales well, too.
