1. Auto-Transcription + GPT Summary
Every call is transcribed and summarized into key points, outcomes, and next steps.
2. CRM + ClickUp Updates
The system updates the CRM and creates a follow-up task in ClickUp — instantly.
3. Slack Recap + Email Sent
The rep gets a full Slack recap. The client gets a personalized follow-up email - within 5 minutes.
All built with n8n, Fireflies, OpenAI, Slack, Gmail, and ClickUp.
