Struggles of Job Searching After Layoff: A Common Experience

Anyone else just fed up with the jobs search? I swear... was laid off last October due to a merger and it's been horrid! 15 years+ of marketing experience and of that, 10 in leadership resulting in months and months of applications and interviews. I know I'm not alone in feeling this way, but seriously? Hard on the ol' ego!

Hi Lara D., did you consider starting an agency of your own? You have so much of exp and pretty sure lots of warm contacts to support you on this journey. I quit my corporate 9-to-5 few months ago before they could fire me for the AI wave which is inevitable.
