Jared R. Dec '24 we ran an experiment with the senior revenue leadership team at one of our clients (CRO; CMO; VP RevOps and their direct reports) - $270m ARR; B2B SaaS company. We used Gemini 2.0 Flash (not even the fancy models) to just provide an exec level "read-out" on some Ideal Customer Profiling work we did (like a typical strategy consulting firm would do). Only the CMO knew we were using AI to build the final executive presentation memo. They preferred the AI version over the human version in nearly every case. It was eye opening for me! When you combine "aggregated data" that has been specifically designed for LLM's (not complicated, just different) inside a pretty hefty prompt.... you get some high quality results. (Happy to share/give-away what we have... not sure what the right way to do that is)
If you have a "hefty prompt" outline or template to share, that would be wonderful to have a look at, thank you ๐
incredible Steven L.; echoing Christian R. - can you share the prompts you used?
Jared R. & Christian R. Let me know if this works for you. Below is the following:
An image that shows a "final" result of an ICP Profile we did (using AI as mentioned). Its a scrolling window capture that you can open and then just ZOOM in to see what the result was we got.
To produce that output, we have a bunch of Prompts that uses data to build up the final context. I have shared the prompts below AND I put some sample data in each of the prompts so you can copy paste to see how it works. Obviously, replace the data with your own or something similar and modify as required if you want to use it for yourself.
The templates use a "fake company" called ThunderOps that we created for our internal use and testing use cases etc.
We take the output of each prompt and then we combine it all into a final read-out like you see in the screenshot.
These are fantastic. Thanks so much for sharing. I will dig thru. I use a similar method but I combine the output with Evidenza sometimes when the data I have is not a lot, so synthetic data helps shape some of this further. Check them out; they to market research and customer profiles with synthetic data. Let me know if you need an intro - They are the former guys from LinkedIn B2B Institute
