Hi community!
An interesting trend from recent customer conversations:
Several companies told me:
"We built an in-house recognition/performance portal because commercial platforms were too expensive."
A year later, they're asking:
How do we keep adding features?
How do we improve adoption?
Is the total cost actually lower?
It made me wonder:
When does building internally stop being cheaper than buying?
Would love to hear how others think about that trade-off.
