Improving Sales Yield: From 26% to 47.5% in 8 Months—Sales Thesis and Methodology Feedback Request

Last month closed at 47.5%. I am in a clients environment as the closer, 8 months ago they were sitting at 26%. I apply my methodology to improve the sales mechanism, I just wrote a sales thesis on the steps to increase sales yield and interested in my fellow professionals feedback.
