How to Permanently Remove Trova from My Account When It Keeps Returning

I’m looking for how to remove Trova from my account. Have tried everything, but it keeps coming back. Any ideas?

Hey Mike C. - as an admin you can deactivate their account. Go to admin settings, console, manage users, deactivate.
