Tracking Unqualified Leads and No-Shows for Accurate Billing

Hey guys I have a prospect with whom I’m getting paid for qualified meetings, but my role is focused on one-to-many outreach, while you handle the one-to-one prospecting. How do we make sure that unqualified leads or no-shows are tracked and excluded from billing? Is there a process in place to capture these so we keep things accurate and fair?
