Hi Everyone! Does anyone know of any SDR-as-a-service company that offers not just the initial lead generation service but conversion end-to-end, to purchase? Alternatively, one that charges based on success, not with a fixed amount independently of their results? This is for a B2B SaaS based in Europe. Thanks!!

I've seen all model exist - commission-only, fixed-only (rare) and hybrid (most). You may also want to think of temp hires in local markets that might help mitigate the "commitment" to a certain extent. This would require management & training of course, but you derisk yourself. Companies like Deel have made this super easy

Ah yeah, charging a fixed price and then commission is a more normal set up. I thought you were referencing solely commission based. Fair enough regarding the options in LATAM, sorry can't be more help, but just not something I've seen before.

Hi Ross, I'm aligned with you, but I've seen companies that do charge a fixed price and then commission based on leads generated, even if they don't guarantee a full sale. And I know of countries in LATAM where you can hire the service end-to-end, purely based on success.

I think it's always going to be hard finding a company that provides this based on a commission only model. There are so many moving pieces to a sale that it's not the most reliable business model. E.G if a salesperson does everything right but the software doesn't provide what was initially promised, does that then mean that you don't have to pay? Just using this as an example. It would be great to have a huge sales team that I'd only have to pay if they sold the product, but I think you'd be better off trying to recruit people directly or look into affiliate sales people, rather than finding an external bus dev company that works with this business model.

You may want to look at Aexus. I haven't worked w them directly but did hire a sales person from there
