My friend who is the founding growth hire of a compliance SaaS is looking to scale up outbound. He has two options:
1.Hire 3 BDRs (generalists email+linkedin+ cold call)
2.Hire 1 gtm engineer and 2 BDRs for cold calling
Both options cost the same

Parth N. I will say hire 2 bdr and hire gtm consultant or freelancer specially clay guys. It will be better and cheaper since there is not enough gtm engineers
100% number two or number three: hire a GTM consultant and two BDRs 😎 definitely need someone to build the list and obsess a little more than the SDRs can and should
Reilly B. Just set up mail boxes, personalization at scale, AB test multiple campaigns, multichannel outreach ( email+ linkedin) , sales enablement- give the 2 cold callers pre prospected, high scored, enriched numbers to call.
