Hey everyone - I wanted to let you know about a small group discussion session on SaaS pricing that I'm hosting this Friday at 12:00 (London), via Zoom.
From ARR to Outcomes - Pricing in the Age of AI
Specifically we're digging into the impact that AI is having on pricing strategies and positioning. We're all baking AI into our SaaS solutions, but the costs are high. The old seat-based model of charging no longer works, but customers don't want to pay for tasks completed by AI just because our costs are rising. They want to pay for outcomes and transformation.
Our three guests have been engaged in this topic in their various roles and the session promises to be full of insights from lived experience:
