How to Safely Track Competitors’ LinkedIn Pages and Employee Posts for B2B Lead Generation

Hi ! Quick check - does anyone here track competitors' company linkedin pages and feeds / posts of their key employees for new leads for your company? (b2b prospects) I have explored some options at a high level but am mindful of linkedin being strict with scraping any data so would love to know how others are going about this in a safe manner and staying within linkedin limits, what tools / platforms you are using, etc.
