Not for sales, but for client delivery. We used to use it at a b2b agency for content creation, ICP and strategy, and as a client knowledge based (keeping up with client calls, sharing context). It was pretty good for most things and it helped us jumpstart some projects
You still need to put in effort on refining, prompting, formatting and iteration but it was decent at creative tasks (mimicking client's voice and tone for content), recalling information for content creation.
After a while it started to hallucinate and long conversations make you reach your context window faster. Also, we decided to experiment creating our own AI internal tool.
One killer use case for us was to record our meetings, transcribe them and feed the transcription to claude. Then asking it to create strategy docs and SOPs
If you tried using Claude to analyze the qualify of the transcript calls, how did it do at that function?
One of our products was video and content marketing so we'd record and transcribe a call with our client using fireflies, then upload the transcription to the clientname-project on claude and use it as context to help with storylines, copy and asset inspo.
It was pretty good at those things because it also had extra context on our clients ICP, product offering, sales cycle, etc.
It also helped us prepare for future calls, think through scenarios and follow up
