Instead have you checked your email infrastructure and ensure you had a good deliverability first and foremost, then measured your reply rate per campaign and reviewed your messaging (thoroughly) - are you 100% confident what you’re sending is solid? - are you also using multi-channel sequences or rely solely on emails?
