Hi RevOps leaders — quick question: How are you connecting strategic initiatives to execution data (Jira, Salesforce, spreadsheets, etc.)? In many scaleups, executive reporting still requires manual consolidation — and risk signals surface late. I’m researching this gap and exploring a concept around real-time initiative visibility for leadership. If this is something you deal with, I’d value a 30-min research conversation.
teams usually don’t connect strategy to execution by merging tools, they connect it by adding a shared layer of structure. the edge case happens when each system tracks work differently, so leadership views become manual because nothing ties activities back to initiatives. creating common initiative identifiers or tags across jira, salesforce, and reporting tools often helps align data flows, though adoption consistency across teams is not fully deterministic.
True. Initiatives& KPI, execution all would be in multiple docs/tools. Reporting always is reactive and manual with risks surfaced late to the leadership impacting revenue. Proactive surfacing of the drift with risk scoring are the problems I am looking to solve.
