Anyone have experience making simple hubspot dashboards? Like how many form submissions have come in? how many have turned into a demo and how many demos have closed won?

You can use HubSpot reports? There are a lot of tutorials to do so on YouTube and a decent HubSpot documentation

Seems like the Hubspot Journey Reports would the best type of reporting to satisfy your requirements. Unless your lifecycle stages map to either of these criteria, in that case you should be able to use funnel or other forms of simple reporting.

You may want to start with the “Forms” dashboard for submission counts, then create a custom funnel report showing the progression from form submission → demo scheduled → closed won. The key is setting up proper lifecycle stage properties and deal stages that align with your process. For more advanced tracking, custom report builder with date stamping will let you measure velocity between these stages. Takes about 30 minutes to set up once your properties are configured.
