Depends on the scope, but here's my benchmark you can sanity-check against:
(from SaaS/B2B tech perspective)
Small change (price update/increase, WWW copy, changing limits/thresholds)
1 sprint (sometimes even <1 if no backend changes)
Medium change (repackaging, new plan, add-ons, changing bundles)
2-3 sprints which are:
1st sprint: research + design + building pricing logic
2nd sprint: implementation (billing, product, website)
Optional sprint: QA + rollout
Large change (new pricing model / monetisation logic, implementing usage-based pricing/hybrid models)
over 4 sprints:
billing infra, data tracking, contracts, sales enablement, roles & responsibilities, communication plan
